"Jerking up in its hind legs, it let out a billowing roar mixed with searing flames. The roar echoed throughout the mountains and plains. The flames cleared the very sky of clouds. The shock-wave threw everything around it to the ground. It was like a volcano spilling out its irrational power. In all its might, it spread its wings creating wings that ripped trees from the ground. It stood there, roaring to the heavens like it was cursing the gods. The time stood still during those moments. Then, all went silent. It came crashing down, dead after such a demonstration of life.

As it hit the ground, everyone in the area knew that their nightmare was over. Some cheered, most worried. If something was strong enough to kill a dragon, how would they survive the coming days."
